The safety and security of the Ushuaïa Ibiza family is always our top priority. Our security checks are carried out by both female and male security staff. Ushuaïa Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with our security policy.
Ushuaïa Ibiza is a place of community and togetherness, so no sports team jerseys, or any ideological attire that may cause offence are allowed on the premises.
There are neither lockers nor a cloakroom service available at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag shall not be allowed into the premises. Please do not bring luggage, backpacks or large bags with you.
There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter. If you would like to take a break from the dancefloor there are many quieter areas to relax throughout the premises.
Your ticket provides you access to all areas and bars at Ushuaïa Ibiza, except the VIP and backstage areas.

Ushuaïa Ibiza has an exclusive VIP entrance on the beach side of the venue. If approaching from the beach, the VIP entrance is on the right side of the venue, and on the left side if approaching from Ctra. Platja d'en Bossa.
We provide valet services on demand, which you can add when making your booking.

Entry to the venue, together with valet parking, taxes and bottle service up to the value of your reservation are included. If your order exceeds your pre-arranged package, you just need to settle the difference. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer any unused credit to another event. We do not include complementary services, such as food and shishas.

A selection of finger food is available through the event If you have any dietary intolerances, please let us know in advance. Not included in the minimum spend.

Can I pay by Card?
We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express. ID matching the name on your bank card will be required for anyone choosing to pay via card during the event.
Do you accept cash?
Payments in cash are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. You can find an ATM outside from the club.
Bookings are fully transferable. You may move the booking to another event or request a refund up to 24-hours before the event except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require a 72-hour notice.
Please don’t wear flip-flops, tank tops or swimwear. We don’t allow any sports team merch or any ideological attire that may cause offence.

Refund policy with cancellation insurance:
Ticket holders can ask for a full refund of their tickets by notifying Clubtickets at help@clubticket.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, if the 360 Cancellation Insurance has been added to your purchase. This applies for delayed flights, illnesses or any other reason for missing the event.
Once the event has started, tickets can not be refunded, we recommend contacting Clubtickets as soon as you know you will miss the event.
For some events, you have the option to buy a ticket with a cut-off entry time at a cheaper price.
This means you must enter the club before the stated time. If you arrive after the cut-off time, you will be allowed access only after paying the difference in price for a standard ticket at the box office. If you have purchased a standard ticket from our website you do not have a last entry time.

We want you to treasure your experience at Ushuaïa Ibiza, so taking photos and videos for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However, any filming or photography for commercial use is not permitted.
Professional camera equipment is not allowed onto the premises, and you may risk having such equipment confiscated upon arrival at the venue.
Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed on the premises either.
We have an incredible in-house team of photographers and videographers that will document your event and we will share their amazing content on our social channels after the event.
Upon purchase of your ticket for Ushuaïa Ibiza, you give your express consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and such content might be posted on our socials or other channels, for advertising purposes.For further info, please check our Privacy Policy. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the Guardia Civil (Spanish Military Police), who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found.
Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by email may be agreed between both parties.
